Whenever I am asked to define education, I remember a beautiful quote of Mahatma Gandhi on it. He said, “Real education has to draw out the best from the boys and girls to be educated.” Truly inspired by the visions of Gandhiji and other eminent educationists of our country and the rest of the globe, we have decided to come up with one more significant and creative step in Higher education with a strong commitment of use of modern and innovative approach for spreading knowledge towards a last part of rural, barefooted student.
Well, I am extremely delighted to welcome you warmly to Navnirman Shikshan Sanstha’s College of Arts, Commerce and Science, which is dedicated to inculcate strong moral values, qualities of integrity, honesty, creativity, imagination, perseverance, benevolence, discipline, self-confidence, transparency of thoughts and command over communication skills in all its students besides academic excellence. We are at the doorstep of a new challenge and opportunity with a pledge of making our college a centre of excellence where a stress free and caring environment is there for nurturing the young minds. The primary objective of education is to promote literacy, but at the same time it should help mould personalities. It is the aim of the Navnirman College team to impart “value-aided, outcome-based learning” to equip young impressionable minds to fulfill their dreams while being considerate to their fellow human being. In order to achieve this , we will draw upon the best educational
practices world-wide and create conditions for the Students to imbibe traditional Indian values. State-of-the-art infrastructure coupled with highly qualified and well-trained teachers will ensure that the students at Navnirman College will be able to attain an enriching experience.
Our mission is to provide a higher education facility with modern technology to every student of Kokan Region. We aim to empower poor, barefooted students by giving them admissions for Computer, IT or any professional degree courses with the help of different types of scholarships announced by Sanstha. We are proud to say that our college is not for those who tried to survive themselves in cutthroat competition. But we are milestone of underprivileged students. Our goal is focused on youth an education. Particularly, enable them to create their own place in the world on contribute positively to the society.
At every step we had the support and motivation provided by the confident parents, dedicated teachers and committed students. Today, Navnirman Shikshan Sanstha is growing from the strength to strength with ethical professional practices and is recognized as a reputed name in education. “Awake arise and stop not till your goal is reached” are our words of inspiration. In all these years of experience I learnt one very simple yet very significant lesson. The need of the society is like an ocean and the service we render are mere drops. So I am now determined to add as many drops as I can and say to myself with contentment, I tried my best.
